Since 2008 it's been pretty neat to meet some kindred and truly talented folks, usually after an event. As for approaching anyone in public, the rule of body language always applies first and foremost, as it should at all times - if the vibes are good, and a meeting feels like it would flow well in that moment - respectfully and with a positive energy - then I'd consider it. Otherwise, folks generally want to just go about their day and live their lives (that's certainly the case with me), and I completely understand that.
Bill Bailey (2008) Surrealist Musician and Comedian
I've always resonated with Mr. Bailey's surreal, non-sequitur, highly idiosyncratic stream-of-consciousness 'word paintings' for which comedy is merely the side effect. The true core of this dude is just him being himself - his material is generally just sharing his perspective on life as viewed through the prism of his own particular life lens.
