I did an experiment today.
Sat perfectly still and observed what I naturally gravitate to doing.
After staring at single spot on my bed (I'm recovering from surgery) in 10 seconds my eyes went blurry.
After 20, my eyes closed. Another 10 and they opened again,
And within minutes I was tidying the space in front of me.
Then I started doing productive stuff, or at least not stagnant stuff.
